Home is what brings us together – Inmobiliaria Durán

The goal of this spot was to build brand identity and highlight the true value of home — the place where we bring out our best talents, where we celebrate, and where we share unique moments with the people we love most. In this story, real estate agencies — in this case, Durán — play a crucial role.

We worked with Almería-born actor Pepe Arganda to portray the story of a grandfather who feels lonely living far from his family. Durán helps him sell his old house and buy a new home closer to his children and grandchildren, where he finds happiness again.

The purpose was to evoke emotions and allow the viewer to see themselves reflected in the story.
